This does nothing on it's own and doesn't add to the board, though sometimes it can be a real value engine, it needs some serious help.
This doesn't add to the board and is highly dependent on your opponent doing the right things, and that's hard for you to control.
Without a spell deck or card draw deck in the format, and a lack of shuffle effects, this is merely an adequate card selection spell.
There just aren't enough rats in this for this to be relevant.
This creates a fun little mini-game of sorts, but it's basically only ever good when you're already ahead and way too expensive for a card like that.
Red just doesn't have enough counters in this set for this to do anything.
This creature isn't all that big for the cost, and the Enrage trigger is mediocre by the time you have 7 mana.
There are no Breach combos in the format, so this is mostly just a useless card.
Even in a set with lots of counters, this card is too much of a liability because of how expensive it is, how dependent it is on you making counters in the right order, and the fact it doesn't add to the board.
This does nothing on it's own, and while it's effects make up for that a little bit, they're still too dependent on you getting the right cards at the right time.
Cards that are purely extra combat phases tend to be pretty bad in Limited since you need a board that can attack and survive to make them useful, and if you already have one of those you're already in a good spot.
This set definitely has enough Artifacts and Artifact tokens for the Ravager to go off.
It might enter tapped, but the Surveil gives you some good card selection and might even help you load the graveyard, and this also provides excellent fixing.

AI Limited ratings are gathered with data from MTGA Assistant, while Nizzahon Magic provides the Pro ratings. The key difference is that the Pro ratings and comments are made before the set officially releases, while the AI ratings dynamically update with new data. It would be best to use the Pro ratings as guidance as sets are released and the AI Ratings a couple of weeks after release. Here is an explanation of how we score the cards:
